The best way for women to lose weight, is to eat healthy foods that cause you to have one very big bowel movement per day. The uncomfortable truth is, most American women don't poop enough. The bowel movement size for a healthy woman should be at least 500 grams (700 grams for males). If you are only pooping 150-200 grams, that is a sure sign that your diet is not healthy, and you'll have trouble losing weight.
