From heap good "Red Indian in Theatre" sketch*

At the TLS blog for October 10, 2009, its editor, Sir Peter Stothard, posted on "Book reviews in peril: or new trouble in Paradise", beneath which appeared this comment by an Indian not, well, Red so much as well-read:
Many leading newspaper shutdown the section of review column. This great tragedy for books.I understand their difficulty. There are many website who opened literally review on web but quality of review of books is very poor, no one write deeply or take seriously review. I know many critics of India who did not read a single line of book and write excellent review.Well Known critic Kushwant Sing openly addmited this.I some time read reviews in western newspaper they are writing shallow, junk, meaningless review.I understand there are too many books publishing today no one can read all of them,in speedy life no one have time to review book so many reviewers review book humdrum way. This is unpardonable tragedy of modern life.

*I'm Native American, and I approve of this sketch. Many moons ago, when only three networks on TV, and only small handful of UHF stations, when I was small, I see this on PBS. Laugh loud, laugh long. Have good time. Mother later date Pawnee. Never asked about Reluctant Debutante.
Seriously, I'm Choctaw, Arapaho, Kiowa, and Comanche. And Mom did date someone who was Kiowa and Pawnee. Nice guy.

And now, The Dull Life of a City Stockbroker; PNA (Perky Nips Alert)** -

**Picture as large as they are, I mean as it is, because I couldn't make them any bigger
