That's one of the most heartwarming stories I've read all browser session. So often, all we get are stories about American celebrities or missing persons found dead after 28 days, &c. Finally, a story about an ex-American nobody found alive after 28 years. If only he had had a Swedish answer to Michael Apted of the "Up" documentary series to film his upward progress every seven years from glancing fame to deepest anonymity and then, until midnight tonight, back to Yahoo!-comment-fodder level and thence to final rest under the smiles of eternal Bergmanesque summer night.
