Holley Mangold is 5-foot-8 and she can squat 525 pounds on her shoulders. Now the superheavyweight lifter is going for glory in the scruffiest Olympic sport there is.

    The snatch is one of the amazing things in life, moving a heavy weight and for a moment there is no weight, then it comes down into your hands and it's there again. I was a weight lifter from birth...my dad couldn't wait for a son. The press got removed from local competition because of back bend being subjective. Even with all three I was only a little more than 1/2 Holley's total. Holy moly 562 pounds!
