So everyone reads a Yahoo! News article, reads a comment, and then turns to Google? Makes sense, except for one thing...WHY are we using Yahoo!?

To all the Respondents in Yahoo Land: I'm glad that I could give a few laughs to those already in the know, and I'm glad I could inspire the rest of you to do a little research and come up with a fascinating bit of history. I first read the story of Kaspar Hauser back in the 80s when I was in college from the first "People's Almanac" in the Unsolved Mysteries section. Some of their mysteries are simply regurgitated urban legends, but this one actually has some validity to it. There is a German movie called "The Mystery of Kaspar Hauser" but I've never seen it so I do not know how accurate the film is.
@Cindy: If you're still wondering where I got that name, please do what everyone else here did when they were unfamiliar with it and Google it. The story of Kaspar Hauser is a MUST for all fans of unsolved mysteries the world over.
