While waiting in line at the bank or supermarket, I like to do glute squeezes, borrowing one of their pens to test if I'm doing 'em tight enough. Girl at the office drops something on the floor and bends to pick it up, a quick wrist workout and I'm set till our next break. If she needs me to spot her by holding on to her hips, even better - I read somewhere, possibly in Big Butt Monthly, that working out with a buddy is a big motivator, which seems to be the case - five seconds and I had already lost half an ounce.
